2.3 Single Account. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on phdreem. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.
2.4 Exclusions. The following persons are not eligible to register or use phdreem:
3.1 Accurate Information. When registering a phdreem account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. phdreem is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdreem account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phdreem will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). phdreem is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by phdreem for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or GSIS ID). Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. phdreem reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where phdreem reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that may harm the platform or other players.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on phdreem are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phdreem does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. phdreem accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, subject to availability. phdreem reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for most payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phdreem reserves the right to adjust these minimums at any time.
4.4 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your phdreem wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5–15 minutes. Withdrawal processing times vary by method; GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes, while bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours. These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed.
4.5 Withdrawal Verification. phdreem requires identity verification before processing your first withdrawal. Subsequent withdrawals may also be subject to verification checks at phdreem's discretion. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name.
4.6 Funds Ownership. All funds deposited into your phdreem wallet must be your own. You must not deposit funds on behalf of a third party or use payment methods that do not belong to you. phdreem reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and to freeze or return funds where their origin cannot be satisfactorily established.
5.1 phdreem offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific bonus terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these requirements before claiming any bonus.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. phdreem reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account and are subject to active wagering requirements will not be retroactively altered.
5.5 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method.

9.1 All content on the phdreem platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, is the property of phdreem or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phdreem platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phdreem content without prior written consent.
9.3 Any unauthorized use of phdreem's intellectual property may result in legal action.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdreem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.
10.2 phdreem's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phdreem account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 phdreem does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use phdreem at your own risk.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude phdreem's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 phdreem collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

11.3 phdreem will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required for payment processing, identity verification, regulatory compliance, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.
12.1 phdreem reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phdreem will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through phdreem's internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
